Airspan is set for dynamic growth in the areas of 5G and Fixed Wireless Access due to recent availability of $50B+ in government funding. We are looking for a results-driven self-starting Inside Sales Representative to support our efforts in lead tracking, qualification, and sales support. This position reports to SVP of North America Sales. The candidate will work directly with our marketing and sales team in support of qualifying leads generated from various forms of outgoing advertisement with the purpose of generating sales revenue. Inside Sales Job Responsibilities: Coordinate with marketing on leads generated through various lead-gen campaigns Qualify leads through various questions and determine if should be sent to sales team as a prospect If not ready for sales team, then keep the lead warm through periodic communications Reach out to potential prospects from previous rounds of govt. funding and qualify lead as potential partner Maintain quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures. There is an unprecedented effort by the government to bring broadband services to all us citizens. More than $50B will be spent in this area. Airspan has the products to support this effort. This position reports to SVP of North America Sales, SVP of Sales, Americas, The candidate will work directly with the SVP of Sales, Americas, VP of Government and Strategic Affairs and Systems Architects in drafting and submitting broadband grants to state and federal authorities. Job Responsibilities: Prepares proposals by determining concept, gathering and formatting information, writing drafts, and obtaining approvals. Determines proposal concept by identifying and clarifying opportunities and needs, studying requests for proposal (RFPs), and attending strategy meetings. Meets proposal deadline by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, approval, and transmittal. Enters and monitors tracking data. Coordinates requirements with contributors and contributes proposal status information to review meetings. Gathers proposal information by identifying sources of information, coordinating submissions and collections, and identifying and communicating risks associated with proposals. Develops proposal by assembling information including project nature, objectives/outcomes/deliverables, implementation, methods, timetable, staffing, budget, standards of performance, and evaluation. Writes, revises, and edits drafts including executive summaries, conclusions, and organization credentials. Prepares presentation by evaluating text, graphics, and binding and coordinating printing. Maintains quality results by using templates; following proposal-writing standards including readability, consistency, and tone; maintaining proposal support databases. Obtains approvals by reviewing proposal with key providers and project managers. Improves proposal-writing results by evaluating and re-designing processes, approach, coordination, and boilerplate. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; maintaining personal networks.
