Airspan Networks Presents at FCC Showcase Event, Focused on 5G and Open RAN Innovation

Boca Raton, FL, July 15, 2021 – Airspan Networks Inc. (“Airspan”), which provides ground-breaking, disruptive hardware and software for 5G network solutions, announced today that Airspan SVP of Technology and Marketing Abel Mayal will present during the FCC Showcase event on July 15, beginning approximately 10:20 am ET, focused on 5G and Open RAN innovation.
Mayal will present as part of Session 5 of the event, which will focus on End-to-End Open RAN Solutions. The event is being live-streamed at https://www.fcc.gov/live.
According to the FCC website, the “Showcase will give both fixed and mobile network operators an opportunity to hear directly from vendors whose interoperable, open interface, standards-based 5G network equipment and services will be ready and available for purchase and installation by January 1, 2022, if not sooner.”
