Position Summary This highly visible role combines executive support and office administration responsibilities. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to executive leaders while helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of Airspan’s Plano headquarters. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion. Key Responsibilities Manage complex Outlook calendars for Executive Leadership Team members, including scheduling, prioritization, conflict resolution, and meeting coordination. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and related logistics for executives. Prepare, review, and submit executive expense reports in a timely manner. Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, customers, and incoming calls. Coordinate meetings, boardroom scheduling, catering, visitor management, and event logistics. Support the Office Manager with vendor coordination, facilities maintenance, and office operations. Monitor office supplies, snacks, beverages, and workplace services. Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and other business documents. Maintain confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion. Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Coordinator, or similar role. Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives and managing executive calendars. Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Ability to independently prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. Professional presence, strong interpersonal skills, and customer-service orientation. High degree of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information. U.S. Citizen and able to work on-site daily in Plano, Texas. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously. Position Summary Airspan is seeking a Director, Marketing Communications to develop and execute an integrated marketing and communications strategy that strengthens the company brand, drives business growth, and enhances customer and stakeholder engagement. This person will develop and ensure consistent messaging across all content channels including ownership of the corporate website, building out a company speaker program, managing press and analyst relations, and leading Airspan’s participation in industry events and tradeshows. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong writer and communicator, and an experienced data-driven marketing leader with a sharp eye for design and brand consistency. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute an integrated marketing communications program in support of company and business-unit goals. Own the corporate website end-to-end: content strategy, updates, design consistency, functionality, and performance, working with internal stakeholders and external web development partners as needed. Build and manage a company speaker program, identifying speaking opportunities at industry conferences and events, preparing executives and subject matter experts, and tracking outcomes. Plan and manage Airspan’s participation in industry events and tradeshows, including booth design, logistics, staffing, collateral, and post-event follow-up and ROI reporting. Develop marketing collateral and content (web copy, presentations, brochures, case studies, byline articles) that is clear, consistent, and on-brand. Own press and analyst relations, including drafting press releases and briefing materials, and maintaining relationships with industry analysts and trade press. Manage project timelines, budgets, and external vendors/agencies to ensure programs are delivered on time and on budget. Lead and develop a small team of internal and external resources fostering creativity, collaboration, and accountability to successfully deliver the marketing program. Track and report on program performance, using data to refine marketing communications strategy. Qualifications 8-10+ years of experience in marketing communications, corporate communications, or a related field, ideally in technology, telecom, or wireless/networking industries. Proven experience managing corporate websites, including content management systems and coordinating with design/development resources. Experience building or running a speaker program and managing event/tradeshow participation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and persuasively for varied audiences. Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and budgets simultaneously. Strong sense of visual design and brand consistency; comfortable giving direction on layout, imagery, and creative assets. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Experience working with design tools and web platforms is a plus. Ability to travel occasionally for industry events and tradeshows. Wireless Solutions Engineer

Job Description As a UVM Verification Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing test plans using Universal Verification Methodology (UVM) to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of AirSpan’s ASIC and FPGA designs. You will work closely with design and development teams to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement UVM-based verification plans and test strategies for FPGA designs. Perform functional, system-level, and regression testing for digital hardware components. Create test benches, test cases, and automation frameworks in System Verilog. Analyze test results, debug issues, and collaborate with design teams to resolve defects. Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. Provide documentation and reports on test procedures, results, and defect tracking. Continuously optimize test processes and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields. 10 years of experience in UVM-based verification of FPGA systems. Strong understanding of SystemVerilog and Universal Verification Methodology (UVM). Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Perl for automation. Experience with simulation tools such as ModelSim or QuestaSim. Experience with C/C++ Experience in implementing Bit Accurate Models and debugging DSP designs Familiarity with debugging tools, coverage metrics, and formal verification techniques. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. Knowledge of O-RAN architecture and protocols for 4G and 5G networks.
